Uko uburiganya no kubeshya, umunyagitugu Paul Kagame n'abambari be bita UBWENGE bisakazwa kandi bikigishwa Rubanda n'ibitangamakuru bikomeye bimukorera kandi bimwamamaza nka VOA. Ni Agahomanunywa!
Uko Paul Kagame ategeka kubara imyaka na mandats amara ku butegetsi:

1994-2003: Manda ya mbere y'imyaka 9 itagomba kubarwa .

2003-2010: Manda ya mbere y'imyaka 7

2010-2017: Manda ya kabiri y'imyaka 7

2017:2024: Manda y'imyaka 7 y'agashimwe k'abaturage itabarwa

2024-2029: Manda ya mbere y'imyaka 5.

2029-..... : Manda ya kangahe y'imyaka ingahe, ibarwa cyangwa itabarwa?

Ukuri: Paul Kagame yafashe igihugu ku ngufu za gisirikare muli 1994, ahita yimikwa kuzagitegeka kugeza apfuye. Gubara imyaka amaze ku ngoma ubishyira muli za mandats rero ni ikinamico n'ijijisha. Ikibabaje nuko bikorwa n'ibitangazamakuru by'ibihugu by'ibihangange nk'Ijwi rya Amerika ( VOA) nk'uko imaze kwongera kubikora.

[Rwanda Forum] Rwanda-Occident: Scandale politico-sportif.

L'Occident et ses Multinationales recommandent aux autres états africains d'instaurer une dictature à la Paul Kagame du Rwanda qui réussit à organiser un championnat du Monde. Seul un pays sous une dictature implacable et génocidaire d'une clique "d'étrangers" uniquement préoccupée par l'exploitation de la Majorité autochtone à défaut de la réduire par divers moyens ( massacres de messe , génocide, déplacements et nettoyage ethnique...) peut accueillir un tel championnat dans pareilles conditions et le réaliser sans le moindre accroc. Un pays de 14 millions d'habitants dont 75 % vivent en dessous du seuil de la pauvreté et survivent au jour le jour par de petits boulots, où 60 % de jeunes sont au chômage, où 80 % de la population vivent de l'agriculture.., oser décréter sans vergogne que : circulation interdite pour tout véhicule ou matériel roulant sur toutes les routes du pays pendant une semaine, écoles et services publics fermés pe...
