Uko Paul Kagame ategeka kubara imyaka na mandats amara ku butegetsi:

1994-2003: Manda ya mbere y'imyaka 9 itagomba kubarwa .

2003-2010: Manda ya mbere y'imyaka 7

2010-2017: Manda ya kabiri y'imyaka 7

2017:2024: Manda y'imyaka 7 y'agashimwe k'abaturage itabarwa

2024-2029: Manda ya mbere y'imyaka 5.

2029-..... : Manda ya kangahe y'imyaka ingahe, ibarwa cyangwa itabarwa?

Ukuri: Paul Kagame yafashe igihugu ku ngufu za gisirikare muli 1994, ahita yimikwa kuzagitegeka kugeza apfuye. Gubara imyaka amaze ku ngoma ubishyira muli za mandats rero ni ikinamico n'ijijisha. Ikibabaje nuko bikorwa n'ibitangazamakuru by'ibihugu by'ibihangange nk'Ijwi rya Amerika ( VOA) nk'uko imaze kwongera kubikora.
